The aluminum materials printed and processed by our company are widely used in pharmaceutical packaging. In this field, a very high level of printing and processing technology is required. We have introduced a custom-built, state-of-the-art gravure printing press that enables high-speed, double-sided printing while precisely aligning the front and back registration of aluminum foil with exceptional accuracy. The system is equipped with a high-temperature curing dryer and an integrated CCD camera defect detection unit that continuously monitors the printed surface online. This ensures consistently high-quality printing.

To prevent contamination, our facility is equipped with air showers, hair and dust removal systems, and requires the use of dedicated cleanroom garments.
