Building on the expertise accumulated through our aluminum printing operations, we have introduced a multifunctional system that integrates printing, coating, and dry lamination. The first feeding unit supports not only film materials but also aluminum foil.

Multiple coating units are incorporated, enabling same-side or double-sided printing and inline coating. With precise registration control of up to 3 colors, the system achieves stable, high-accuracy processing. During production, 100% inspection is performed using an inline defect detection system, while high-temperature drying ovens ensure optimal curing and drying performance.

A wide selection of coating materials and adhesives can be used, allowing compatibility with various applications—such as lidding materials for food and pharmaceutical packaging, insulation for building materials, and even battery components. This equipment provides the flexibility to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
